Have bought tires from here before. Service asked basic questions but did listen to what I was looking for. GREAT! Explained to me what is available in the tire size I was looking for. I selected to see 2 of the tire and also see the speed rating on them. Made my selection and set up the work to be done. All with in and hour. Great!! It would take about 1hour and 30 minutes for car to be ready for pick up. Was ready in 1 hour. Awesome! Overall, customer service,tire knowledge, and technician service was great. I would recommend this American tires.

I had a fat bolt in my tire, made an online appointment. When I arrived everything was explained accordingly and everyone was kind. Waited less than an hour, and they patched my lil tire up. Definitely recommend this store, as well as making your appointment online!

Two of my steel wheel rims got bent badly, and need to be replaced ASAP. And I am on a very tight budget. The team in America's Tire is great. They are very patient to answer my questions on the phone, and offer me an appointment on the same day. After seeing my car/wheels, they did their best to save money for me, such as telling me where and what parts I could purchase and carry out the replacement by myself. They would only do the part of job that there is no way I could do it safely by myself. They replaced the two steel wheel rims in less than 30 minutes. And as they warned me before the service, one of the hubcaps indeed needed to be replaced. Each of my hubcaps were mounted to the wheels by 5 big nuts, the same set of nuts to fix the wheels onto the car. For safety concerns, neither the team nor I felt comfortable to allow me myself to do this replacement. In order to save money for me, they promised that if I would purchase a set of hubcaps somewhere else, and they would be happy to install the whole set of 4 hubcaps without extra charge, free labor! Yes, they indeed honored their promise! Many thanks to the team!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician explained to me what happened to my tire that caused it to lose pressure, nail, and what they did to fix it. They did a great job and got me back on the road.
